We are proud to run this site on WordPress, and are indebted to the excellent community of developers that keep the software up-to-date and ever improving. The theme is a modified version of Optimizer, the modifications of which are managed by our committee’s Webmaster. 
This site, in its current form, was produced in 2016 by Tom Kilcommons, and has been updated most recently by the current Webmaster Sam Pollard (2026). It is also important to acknowledge the work from the previous web development team of Duncan Edgeley, Laurence Falconer, Thomas Jenkinson and Lucy Vass. Their previous version of the UBES website can be found here, whose content is either presented as is on the current website, or has provided valuable inspiration for future work.
