Upload a GPX from a route you actually completed. The Route Logbook accepts GPX only so uploads can be checked consistently and securely.
How do I get a GPX?

Strava: open your completed activity, use the activity menu, then choose Export GPX. Strava export instructions

Garmin Connect: open the completed activity, open its settings/options menu, then choose Export to GPX.

FIT, TCX, KML or another route format? Export the activity as GPX from the original service where possible, or convert it to GPX before uploading. If needed, GPS Visualizer can convert common route formats. Route files contain location data, so use a third-party converter only if you are comfortable sharing that data with it.
